Shipping


We will ship to the PayPal REGISTERED U.S. Address included with the PayPal payment. We require a physical Address to ship ( No International shipping)!

From purchase date, Please allow 3-4 business days for your in stock item to ship from our distributors warehouse from the time we process your completed order. This item is dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse; I do not have it on hand. Your product should leave the warehouse within the time specified in this listing.

We ship Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) These are estimated shipping times and not guarantees. On the off chance that we become aware of any delays or changes in inventory status, we will notify you via e-mail. We maintain the right to upgrade the shipping method. We will not forward packages or ship to alternate addresses – NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not and will not ship to UPS Stores, Private Mailbox stores, or Freight Forwarding Companies. Any orders placed to these locations will be promptly canceled and payment refunded.

All shipments to official United States Postal Service (USPS) PO Boxes will be sent by US Mail.

Please make sure your order is accurate before paying, once an order is placed it cannot be modified. Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you place your order and realize that there has been an error, contact us immediately.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Because we offer our products in several online venues our stock levels are constantly changing.  We try to maintain our website to reflect actual stock levels as closely as possible.  However, there may be times when items are unexpectedly out of stock for the above stated reasons.  If this occurs Brown’s Outdoor Equipment will refund your money in full.  If you choose to be placed on the back order list your order will be processed accordingly.

Most orders will be shipped via USPS; however some orders may be shipped via Fedex or UPS at our sole discretion.

Tampering or interfering with the mail is a Federal offense. We will investigate all claims and prosecute in the event of fraud.

Brown  Outdoor Gear automatically calculates estimated shipping times based on our current processing & handling time and the lowest time needed for delivery for the service selected. Actual shipping and delivery times may vary. Our processing & handling times average from 1 to 3 business days but there can be shipping delays.

If your item is returned to us by the Postal Carrier marked as “Undeliverables as Addressed”, “Unknown”, etc., we will attempt to contact you to see if you would like us to resend the order. Please note we can only send to the address exactly as it appears in your  profile at the time of purchase. If we receive no response after 2 days your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
